Safeguard Business Unit Awarded Security Contract With Bechtel-Jacobs For Motiva Oil Refinery

Dallas, TX - Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc., a provider of corporate and industrial security systems and personnel, announced that its SYSTEMSgroup business unit has been contracted to provide electronic security for the Motiva Crude Expansion Project in Port Arthur, Texas. Sources estimate the near six billion dollar expansion project would make the Motiva Port Arthur plant one of the largest crude oil refineries in the nation. SYSTEMSgroup's Houston division will provide comprehensive electronic security services and security system enhancements to the facility.
